And a guy’s too, I guess. I really love salads. And not because they’re low calorie and healthy for you. I like them because there are so many variations! Tonight, my salad contained mini cucumbers, baby carrots, romaine lettuce, purple onion, red seedless grapes and cheddar cheese. I, of course, made my one of my homemade dressing of honey mustard, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, italian seasonings, agave nectar, and salt and pepper. Oh, and my favorite ingredient, chow mein noodles! It really makes the salad. The sky really is the limit with all the different types of nuts and seeds, lettuces, fruits, and cheeses. Not to mention adding some grilled chicken or medium rare steak or pepper-crusted tuna? Man, oh man! I just ate my salad and I’m getting hungry again.
